Family farm to consumer beef and lamb

My (Olivia’s) passion for holistic farming didnt come until the birth of my daughter. In fact, anyone who knew me prior to being a mom is probably stunned I've found my way here. After having my daughter, as many moms do, I began researching how I could ensure proper nutrition for my baby and my family. The more I read about our food systems and conventional farming, the more I longed for only the best options. I saw a hole in our system and many weren’t even aware.

As a small, family owned and operated farm, my main role is customer communications, marketing and order fulfillment. I am also a full time photographer, so you will often find me in the fields, documenting all things farm life and family with my little ones trailing behind.

I (Jeremy) am the daily boots on the ground at the farm. I’ve always found myself passionate about raising and caring for animals and now, as a father, I’m fortunate enough to share the same love for farming with my kids. Every day, they join me out in the pastures, helping me care for our animals and tend to the land. We work side by side, whether it’s laying out hay in the winter for our sheep and cattle, doing regular fence checks or land maintence, or just watching the animals in their natural habitat. It’s in these quiet moments of observation that I teach them the importance of being mindful stewards of the earth—how to care for the land and respect the animals that help feed and sustain us.

I’ve learned that farming is more than just a job; it’s a way of life. It's about nurturing the land, preserving traditions, and passing down the wisdom of generations. As we walk the fields together, I see the lessons taking root in my children, and I’m reminded every day that this is what I was meant to do. From pretending to be a sheep farmer as a child to now making that dream a reality, it's an incredible journey that I’m so proud to share with my family.

  • Our approach is simple- Nurture our land and animals while treating them with the utmost respect. Animals are not meant to be confined to small feed lots, dark buildings, and concrete floors. They flourish when we allow them to live in the way in which they were designed… out on lush green pastures, foraging the land.

  • Our mission is to foster a transparent, farm-to-consumer connection that makes you feel confident about the food you're buying. We are committed to raising nutrient-rich, pasture-fed cattle and sheep, ensuring you can trust the quality of what’s on your table.

  • We raise our animals the way we believe our creator designed them, living outside, free to express their natural instincts. They grow at their intended pace, never rushed by growth hormones or grain. Through regenerative farming practices, we’re not only providing a healthier environment for our animals, but also making a positive impact on our local ecosystem and, ultimately, our community.
