How to order whole & half beef and pork at hanging weight

When you place an order for a whole or half cow or pig, you’re securing it with a deposit. Once the animal goes to our processor and we receive its hanging weight, we’ll send you a final invoice with your deposit deducted. The remaining balance will be due at or before pickup.

All orders must be placed prior to our estimated processing date.

If a cut sheet is not provided at the time of checkout, a cut sheet will be emailed to you prior to processing. All cut sheets must be complete before processing.
