


Grass Fed Beef- Whole or 1/2 Cow (deposit)
PRE-ORDER
Estimated processing date for beef is December 2025/ January 2026.
How it works:
Reserve your 1/2 cow with your $200 deposit.
Upon reservation, we will ask you for your desired cuts by having you complete a cut sheet.
All cuts will be packaged individually in vacuum sealed packaging, frozen, and boxed.
Then, we invoice you so you can pay for the balance of your share. A 1/2 cow is invoiced at $4.90 per lb hanging weight and on average a ½ cow hang weight is around 300lb.
The Processing fee will be be paid directly to the butcher and the total will be dependent on your cut selection and packaging. On average, you can expect a butchering fee between $200- $400.
Once we have received your final payment, you can pick up your beef directly from the Butcher (Mt. Eaton, Ohio).
**We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered and your order must be placed prior to the estimated butcher date. Availability is limited
