Estimated Processing date for pork is September 2025

How it works:

Reserve your whole or ½ pig order with a $100 deposit.
Upon reservation, we will ask you to complete a cut sheet specifying the way in which you would like your order processed. Each whole or half pig is cut to your specifications.

When your order is ready you will be contacted with a pick-up date and final invoice. Pigs will be invoiced at $4.50 per lb. hang weight.

Once we have received your final payment, you can pick up your order directly from our processor (Mt. Eaton, Ohio).

*We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered and your order must be placed prior to the estimated butcher date.

Deposit is non- refundable and will be applied towards your final payment. Final payments must be paid in full prior to pick up.
