Our Quarter Beef Box is a great way to stock your freezer with a variety of high-quality, grass fed and finished beef without needing to purchase a whole or half custom share. Each box is pre-selected by us and includes a balanced mix of premium steaks, flavorful roasts, and everyday ground beef.
You can expect a combination of cuts such as ribeye, sirloin, NY strip, Filet Mignon, chuck roast, rump roast, round roasts and ground beef, though exact cuts and quantities may vary slightly depending on availability and how each animal processes.
This is not a custom cut order (you must order a whole or half share for a custom order), making it a simple and convenient option for families looking to enjoy bulk beef while still getting a wide variety of cuts. All beef is vacuum sealed and clearly labeled for easy storage and long-lasting freshness.
This total includes your butcher fee and will need to be picked up at our farm (Dalton, Ohio)
