Grass Fed Lamb Share, Whole (Deposit)

$7.50 per/lb hanging weight. Your deposit will be applied towards final balance.
How it works:
Reserve your whole lamb with a $100 deposit.
As we get closer to the butcher date, we will email you a cut sheet to complete. If this is your first time filling out a cut sheet, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are happy to walk you through the process and help ensure you receive the cuts that best fit your family and cooking style.
All cuts will be individually packaged to your desired quantities in vacuum-sealed packaging, frozen, and boxed for pickup.
Once your lamb has been processed and we receive the final hanging weight, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance of your share. Whole lambs are priced at $7.50/lb hanging weight. On average, lamb hanging weights range between 50–60 lbs.
Processing fees are separate from your final balance and are paid directly to the butcher. The total processing cost depends on your cut selections and packaging preferences, but most customers can expect butcher fees to average around $150.
After your final payment has been received, you will pick up your lamb directly from the butcher in Millersburg, Ohio.
**We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered and your order must be placed prior to the estimated butcher date.
